Festivals
Bragg Creek Days - July 16, 17 & 18, 2010
Bragg Creek Days is held every July, ususally the third weekend in July. Bragg Creek Days celbrates our western heritage. This festival includes a parade, breakfasts, music, kids activities, sometimes concerts and, this year, a fun run.
Bragg Creek Music Festival - May 28, 29 & 30, 2010
The 2010 Bragg Creek Music Festival started with a showcase of southern Alberta 19 and under performers on Friday May 28 called Youthtopia. The main festival featured the Montreal Guitar Trio, Elizabeth Shepherd Trio and Nathan Rogers.
Theatre
BraggArts Theatre Society
The BraggArts Theatre Society is a group of enthusiastic volunteers who love to present plays for the community. BraggArts ususally produces 2 plays a year.
Visual Arts
There are many individual artists in the Bragg Creek area.
Bragg Creek Artisans
Many of these artists belong to the Bragg Creek Artisans which is a collective group of like-minded artists committed to expanding their expertise and promoting local arts within their community.
The Bragg Creek Artisans hold monthly events the first Wednesay of most months at Bragg Creek Centre. The also hold an annual show and sale. This year the annual show is November 13 & 14, 2010 from 10am to 5 pm at Bragg Creek Centre.
Bragg Creek Painters
Bragg Creek Paointers are part of the Bragg Creek Artisans who specialize in painting. The Painters have their own sale each year. The 2010 sale was June 5 & 6 at the Snowbirds Chalet.
